Harris Residential is a family-owned business that was started in 2009 by Andrew Harris. Joel Harris came on board in 2013. Andrew has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry and has passed this knowledge down to Joel as he took over the company in 2022.

Joel initially trained as a plumber, gasfitter and drainlayer and in 2013 he retrained as a builder. Joel is a licensed building practitioner and a member of the Registered Master Builders Federation.

The Harris Residential team consists of Joel, Mike and Ethan. Andrew still works as a consultant for Joel.
